At PS 437Q, we believe children learn best when they grow to express their thinking in multiple ways - through words, numbers, ideas, and collaboration.
We call these the four languages of learning: literacy, numeracy, technology, and community.
Together, they help students think deeply, communicate clearly, and connect their learning to the world around them.
Technology has a special role in this model, not as a subject to master, but as a way to think, create, and connect.
Across all four languages, we help students use knowledge with curiosity, creativity, and compassion, developing the confidence to express ideas, solve problems, and contribute to their community.

Vision
Our vision is for PS 437Q graduates to leave fluent in the four languages of learning and to carry with them the curiosity, creativity, and compassion that shaped their time here.
